Hygge (pronounced hue-gah) is a Danish word that is a feeling or mood that translates as taking genuine pleasure in making ordinary, everyday moments more meaningful, beautiful or special. We LOVE this concept and couldn't think of a better way to get through January than sprinkling "Hygge Dust" throughout our lives. Seeing as staying in is the new going out we took the opportunity to capitalise on some "me" time and this of course started with our health and well-being. Our bathrooms are fit to burst with gorgeous Natura Siberica products, you may be similar and have a routine that really works for you or maybe you are relatively new to a skincare routine. We have put together a short guide, but mix and match to suit the needs of your skin;

A SIMPLE GUIDE TO SKINCARE

STEP 1: CLEANSE - Moisturizing Cleansing Milk is ideal, suitable for all skin types but particularly good for dry and sensitive skin. It can be used all over the face and does a great job of removing stubborn eye make up too.

STEP 2: MOISTURISE - After cleansing, apply Rhodiola Rosea Day Cream, light and refreshing, this is the perfect anti-aging product and contains SPF 20 too for ultimate protection against the environment. The Rhodiola Rosea Night Cream is perfect for applying after cleansing and before bed, allowing skin time to absorb the vitamin-rich nutrients.

HOT TIP - For skin that requires an extra boost or is particularly dry use the Rhodiola Rosea Face Serum before applying moisturiser.
